ALI_EN: The Little Green Men of NFT

What inspired you to create your own NFT collection?
My brother inspired me to start an NFT project. I’ve been a Graphic Designer for over 17 years and a Game Developer/software engineer for over 7. I made a game for a college project back in the day that was an Alien infinite runner. It was supposed to be a funny joke game and I decided to turn it into a fun/funny NFT project.
Tell us what makes your NFT character special
What makes it special (I believe) is that my ideas haven’t been done before. I’ll try to explain as best as I can.
My project is following the life of an Alien. The first collection is generic like everyone else just to get it started. However, my next few collections are the most unique.
The next collection is about my Alien impersonating celebrities and memes. In essence, he sees it, he wants to become it.
After that, I’m starting an actual story collection. You’ll be able to follow the Alien on his journey around the Galaxy. It’ll be a limited story collection and one of the more expensive ones.
There’ll be a lot more to come. We also believe in helping the less fortunate and giving back, meaning we are donating a portion of our earnings to worldwide charitable organizations.
Tell us what makes your NFT character special
I’m going to be honest, I haven’t created any bonuses or offered anything to the community. Not because I don’t want to, because I don’t know what. I run a business full time, and I’m doing this whole NFT thing alone. I have to look into what would be good to give back to the community.
Share your plans to develop your project in the near future
I don’t fully understand the question, but I’ll answer as best as I can. I’ve been shilling and managing all my social media pages on my own. I plan to continue this while cresting newer, more interesting collections. I’ll start up holiday collections such as Christmas, fall season, beach season, etc. But also doing more unique story collections.
Tell us something interesting about your team
I have a few friends kind of helping me out, but in all honesty, I’m doing all the work. So I’m pretty much a one-man army.
What are your thoughts on the NFT market today, and what are your predictions for the future?
I love the NFT market, I believe it’s only going to get bigger in time. Every day, I’m hearing more news on big companies joining the NFT world. I believe this is now long term. Especially with Meta being rumored and now announced, I believe NFTs are only going to get bigger.
Why should collectors get your NFT
Because our NFTs (currently) will help the less fortunate while collectors (hopefully) earn money. In other words, you’re buying an NFT which will in return have a portion of that money donated to a charitable organization while you can eventually sell it for more.
Not only that, I’m trying to look into more ways to give back to the community so that collectors get more benefits and have more of a reason to purchase my NFTs. Maybe free March, early access to newer collections, etc.
